Linda Baumann Comments on Health Care Fraud and Abuse Enforcement Under the New Administration
The article discusses the 2017 Work Plan issued by the Health and Human Services Office of Inspector General (OIG) and notes the OIG’s interest in reviewing potentially fraudulent activities at skilled nursing facilities, home health agencies, hospices, as well as hospitals and other types of providers.
