Arent Fox Adds Top Fashion Partner to Market-Leading Intellectual Property Practice

NEW YORK, NY - For the second time this year, Arent Fox LLP is pleased to announce the expansion of its internationally recognized Intellectual Property practice in New York with the addition of Michelle Mancino Marsh, who joined the firm from the New York office of intellectual property boutique Kenyon & Kenyon LLP, where she was chair of the Fashion, Apparel and Footwear practice.

Already in 2015, Arent Fox has added four intellectual property partners in New York and a total of 17 lawyers and professionals to its firmwide Intellectual Property practice.
 
Ms. Marsh, a noted intellectual property litigator and counselor, focuses on matters for leading fashion and consumer brands.

Ms. Marsh advises companies on all facets of intellectual property protection and executes intellectual property defense measures, such as brand protection programs, anti-counterfeiting and anti-piracy measures, and co-branding and licensing agreements. She handles matters in state and federal courts, appellate venues, and at the US Patent and Trademark Office and the US Copyright Office. She also counsels on acquisitions involving intellectual property assets. In addition, Ms. Marsh advises alcoholic beverage, computer software, biotechnology, education, financial services, and media and entertainment companies.

Ms. Marsh earned her law degree from Fordham University School of Law, where she was editor-in-chief of the Fordham Moot Court. She received her undergraduate degree in Political Science, cum laude, from Boston University.
