Arent Fox counsels Choice Hotels International in joint venture to grow Cambria Hotels & Suites

WASHINGTON, DC — Arent Fox LLP announced today that it has advised Choice Hotels International, Inc. (NYSE: CHH) in a joint venture with a leading hotel-investment group to help drive growth for the hotel company's flagship upscale brand, Cambria Hotels & Suites.

Choice has entered into a partnership with CapStar Hotel Company to implement a conversion strategy that will bring to market quickly Cambria hotels in major urban areas, such as Chicago, Los Angeles and New York. The strategy is based on strong consumer demand fueled by a strong growth year for Cambria. Arent Fox partners Jay L. Halpern and Karen M.
