Arent Fox Rated one of the Country’s Best Law Firms For Women Partners

WASHINGTON, DC – Earlier this week, Law360 recognized Arent Fox LLP as one of the best firms in the country for women as a result of its high percentage of female partners.

“The firms on this list show a different picture of what it’s like for women who want to advance,” reported Law360.

Through AFWomen, Arent Fox advocates for women lawyers’ leadership at the firm, across industries, and within our community. AF Women aims to promote professional development, foster business connections, and provide exposure and opportunities to the firm’s attorneys. This commitment is reflected in the initiative’s three pillars, “Lead. Develop. Connect.”

Arent Fox’s commitment to diversity and inclusion extends beyond AFWomen. Arent Fox Minority Attorneys Group (AFMAG) and OutFox, an LGBTQ mentorship program, work in tandem with AFWomen to follow the firm’s pledge to recruit, retain, and promote lawyers of color, women, and LGBTQ lawyers. Arent Fox diversity initiatives additionally work to ensure that adequate firm resources are dedicated to training, mentoring, coaching, and business development for these attorneys.
