World Trademark Review Recognizes Arent Fox Trademark Team Among Nation’s Best
As part of its annual rankings, WTR noted that Arent Fox’s “strong regulatory and cybersecurity groups work in tandem with the team to concoct comprehensive solutions to the most convoluted brand rights conundrums.” WTR named nine Arent Fox trademark attorneys among the best in the country, including Firmwide Managing Partner Cristina A. Carvalho and Partners Elizabeth Cohen, James R. Davis, Ricardo Fischer, Michael A. Grow, Marylee Jenkins, Anthony V. Lupo, Michelle Mancino Marsh, and N. Christopher Norton.
WTR praised Ms. Carvalho and Mr. Fischer’s Latin America work, calling the pair “go-to individuals.” In addition, the publication noted that Mr. Fischer “has a service-minded approach and turns work around swiftly,” and Ms. Carvalho is a “prosecution ace who is experienced in licensing and technology transfers.”
