Clayton Spivey

Previous Work

Clay was a summer associate with ArentFox Schiff in 2022. He previously was a student attorney at Boston College Law School, advising small business clients and formerly incarcerated entrepreneurs on their consumer privacy requirements. Clay also spent summer 2021 as a Legal Fellow with New England First Amendment Coalition (NEFAC), conducting legal research on New England’s “Right to Know” laws, and produced a webpage and FOI guide to serve as a resource for all New England states.

While in law school, Clay served as a member of Lambda’s Executive Board and was an At-Large Member of the National LGBTQ+ Bar Association’s Law Student Congress Executive Board.

Life Beyond the Law

Outside of work, Clay enjoys trying his hand at cooking different cuisines and decompressing with good, and bad, reality television. He lives in the South End with his Norwegian Forest cat, Halona.
