Arent Fox Expands Nationally Recognized Real Estate Practice with Return of Sean Glynn
Mr. Glynn was previously with Arent Fox from 1994 to 2012. The centerpiece of Mr. Glynn’s practice is the representation of nonprofits on core business issues, including bond and other financing mechanisms, construction, and general corporate advice.

Mr. Glynn was most recently a director at Goulston & Storrs, where, as well as representing non-profit organizations, he represented developers, lenders and credit enhancers, underwriters, and trustees. Rated among the top attorneys in the country by Best Lawyers, Mr. Glynn’s addition expands the firm’s real estate finance and transactional capabilities.
Mr. Glynn will work closely with Mr. Newman, who also co-chairs the Public Finance group and frequently serves as borrower’s counsel, underwriter’s counsel, and bond counsel to clients across the country. Mr. Glynn’s public finance work includes representing clients across various real estate asset classes, including non-profit headquarters, housing, educational, medical, cultural, and energy facilities.
