ArentFox Schiff Counsels on First Mid Bancshares $90M Acquisition of Blackhawk Bancorp

ArentFox Schiff represents First Mid Bancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: FMBH) in its announced agreement to acquire Blackhawk Bancorp, Inc. (OTCQX: BHWB) in a in a 100% stock transaction of approximately $90.3 million.

Blackhawk is headquartered in Beloit, Wisconsin, operating 10 branches in Wisconsin and Illinois. The transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2023.
