Anna Lloyd

Anna focuses her practice on patent prosecution of electrical and computer technologies. She works with clients of varying sizes, from multi-national corporations to start-up businesses, and provides counsel on intellectual property matters, including freedom to operate, portfolio management, standards-related patent matters, and drafting/prosecution strategies.

Anna has extensive experience in a wide range of technologies, including video coding, broadcast and wireless communications, semiconductor fabrication, artificial intelligence and machine learning, and financial technologies. In addition to drafting and prosecuting patent applications, Anna’s patent application work includes handling ex parte appeals at the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), as well as prosecuting reissue applications.
