ArentFox Schiff is pleased to announce that Matthew Bentley has been selected to participate in the National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges (NCBJ) annual Next Generation Program.

Matthew focuses his practice on guiding clients through complex bankruptcy cases and out-of-court restructurings. He represents debtors, financial guarantors, indenture trustees, creditors, and shareholders in Chapter 11 cases. Matthew is member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and the Federal Bar Council. Prior to his legal career, Matthew served as a firefighter in the United States Air Force and Illinois Air National Guard.
