Aaron Jacoby Named to Daily Journal's Top 100 Lawyers List

Mr. Jacoby is at the forefront of complex issues arising from the intersection of the automotive and technology fields, providing pioneering strategies and counsel for his clients and thought leadership for the industry at large. His specialized focus on automotive law allows him to advise on a wide range of operational, regulatory, and litigation matters throughout the industry.

The Daily Journal noted Mr. Jacoby's influential work involving the future of the automotive industry such as regulatory development, emerging technologies, and auto dealerships. In particular, he practices on the front lines of the industry's current disruption and change, including autonomous vehicles, ride sharing, private equity and hedge fund investment, dealership consolidation, and online and direct sales.

Mr. Jacoby is also a leader in the defense of the automotive industry at the US Federal Trade Commission as the Commission seeks a greater enforcement role in an area typically led by state regulators.
